I need too change to pay as you go ,can't afford my contract

@Apugh : You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract & to move it to PAYG. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.

I have an email from EE stating my contract was cancelled immediately after it was started

Why do I need to cancel a contract if the email from EE stated the contract was cancelled at the start. I can email a copy of EE email.
