Hi, I'm a UK national but resident in France so my UK bank has my French address. I want to renew a UK data only PAYG SIM but when i try to pay the website won't accept my French postcode. Advice? Thanks

Hi there @opaz
Thanks for coming back and letting us know this has been sorted for you.
If you need to top up again using an international card, you would need to give us a call as you have today.
Full details can be found in our How to top up your EE pay as you go mobile page.

EE is a UK operator, the website is designed to only accept UK addresses.

@opaz EE will only post a sim to a UK address even if you get around the postcode issue and that sim will have to be activated and used first in the UK before it’ll work abroad on a roaming network.
