Hello guys,i've recently purchased electronic top-up voucher from tesco.At the moment im unable to use sms service so there is no way for me to send VO+voucher code to 150.When calling 150 the only option that they are having for me is top-up via credit card (i spend 30 mins to listen automated operator for options - nothing about top-up voucher) ,with the mobile app is the same - there is no option for top-up vouchers.How can i finalize my voucher top-up ,please help?

Same problem here. Why we can't use it in another way in 2024 ?

Welcome to the community.
If you call and speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to take the voucher details and top it up for you through our systems.

It isn't currently an option to use a voucher through the app, @Anthony_Brown86
There are other ways to top up though, like using a card payment through the app/website.
