Cant make international calls or texts

I am trying to make international calla and texts after texting call abroad to 150 and topping up so I have a balance besides my pack. I have done a community search and can't find a solution.

That does say 0 but I have made no calls using the top up so did it not get credited

It auto bought a pack, so you've no credit to make International calls.
