Cant make international calls or texts

I am trying to make international  calla and texts after texting call abroad to 150 and topping up so I have a balance besides my pack. I have done a community search and can't find a solution.

What do you call an "International Call"? A call from the UK to a non-UK no. or a call from abroad? Where are you when you to try to make these calls & texts?

It's £1.20 / min to call a US no. from the UK at standard rates. You sure your £10 credit hasn't gone to buy your pack? What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a free add-on that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .

I did th CALL ABROAD text prior so I would get the cheaper rate so thought I would be good to go with a 10 topup
