I recently cancelled my £15 subscription pack and decided to rejoin but it wont allow me to buy any packs. I cant top up my credit or buy the pack with my card. When i try buying with my card it says this error:
Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.
When i try buying it through 150 it says that i need £15 in credit to buy the pack but i cant buy credit. When i cancelled my pack i had used all of my data as well.

@Sparevenom , when did you last use your SIM card? You did not accidentally cancel that by any chance? I would suggest ringing customer service and speak to them, as they can check what is going on.

@Sparevenom : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I used my SIM card everyday and I’m pretty sure I cancelled my pack as it shows on the EE app that I still have unlimited calls and texts until my pack expires

whenever I try buying a subscription pack from the ee app it leads me to this page

Can't you buy a pack by text?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

No I’ve tried but it says that I need 15£ credit to buy a 15£ pack but I can’t top up
Your current balance as of today 14:41 is £0.00. You have unlimited minutes and unlimited texts remaining until 01/06/2025 for your £15 Pack. Your last top up was £10.00 on 11/09/2022 at 21:05.
For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices

@Sparevenom , as I have suggested, I would speak to customer services, they should be able to look at what is going on with your account.
