Cancelling 4G wifi

I am trying to cancel my pay as you go monthly 4G wifi, but EE are making it impossible to do so. I am unable ot register my account online as it doesn't recognise my account number, the shop I bought it from won't reply or help. I need help to cancel this contract. Please advise ASAP. Thanks

1. PAYG & monthly are contradictory, You either have a PAYG plan which is based on 30 days or a pay monthly contract. Which is it? For the mo' I'll assume PAYG as you even mentioned it.
2. You don't cancel PAYG. You just stop using it.
3. You don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB. You link it by its mobile no.
   
   Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
