Can't use phone

Have £10 credit which isn't working. Can't call 150 from phone to speak to anyone. And can't add an 'add on'. 

I'm BASED overseas but use an EE Sim when hone. Last use was Feb and no issues

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I'm in the UK RIGHT NOW

The number you gave won't connect as it says I need to top up first but I can't top up.

150 won't connect and I have no other means to make calls
