Can’t top up

No matter what I do, I can’t top up my phone. I’ve tried doing it in app, on the website, or fast top up online. I’ve tried using multiple bank cards than I know have sufficient funds and it only comes up with an error message. I’ve tried to call EE to fix the problem but it comes up with an automated message saying this service is unavailable. I need data urgently and I don’t understand why EE is apparently incapable of doing the basics.

- What is the error message.
- Are you in the UK.
- When did you last make a chargeable call or text.
