Can’t top up using a voucher

Can I have help I need to top up I have a voucher number but very time I call 150 it hangs up and texts are not  sending

To top up with an E-voucher:

Text 150 with VO, then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number, for example, VO 1234567891234567.
