Best bet is not to use MMS for sending Messages, it's going cost you, as MMS isn't covered within your Exclusive Mins, Texts or Data Plan.

Use 3rd Party Internet Apps instead, ie, pretty much everyone uses WhatsApp these days which is covered for Worldwide Use under your Data Allowances.

Hi there @CJHC11

Thanks for coming here.

What device are you using?

Do you have credit to send a photo message?

For most phones, you can download the settings needed for MMS from the online set up tool

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I have a Nothing Phone 1. Ermm not sure I get about 10 GBs of data with my pay as you go each month.

I have unfortunately already tried this.

Hi @CJHC11

Thanks for coming back to me.

To send picture messages you would need credit as they are chargeable.

If you are not receiving pictures, please call us and the team will make sure everything is set up correctly on your account.

Leanne 🙂
