Can't enter CVV number

I'm trying to top up using the online top up site but every time I try to enter my CVV the box clears itself and a red explanation mark appears. I've also tried using the app and the same thing happens. I've used the same credit card to top up for months now without a problem so I don't understand why I can't top up?

Could you try on a different device or browser please?

I am getting the same problem as melrose01. It has been happening for several days now. I have tried different browsers (Chrome and MS Edge), tried using Myee account and tried using Fast top up. All do the same thing.

I also tried adding a new card in the myee but it comes up with the same error when entering the cvv.

Please help.

Is that both through the My EE app and the My EE desktop site?

Just desktop PC.  It's my Dad's phone which is not a smart phone so can't use the app.

There are at least 2 other threads about this same issue.

Managed to do a fast (anonymous) top up using safari browser on my iphone.

@Leanne_T  FYI This is the error I was getting on Chrome and MS Edge browsers.

As soon as you typed in the CVV number this would come up and you couldn't type into the red box.

Haven't tried today.

Could you give it a try for us today please, @djb1166? Only if you still need to.

We're trying to replicate the problem and it seems to be working for us.

@Christopher_G The problem appears to be resolved today. I just tried in chrome and was able to enter the CVV number without the little red box popping up and the number being blanked out. I didn't go through with the payment as I don't need to top up at the moment but it looks like it would go through now.
