Can I gift a SIM that has been used?

My daughter and I were travelling in the UK and were recommended to buy 15 pound SIM packs for our phones. We're back now but my wife is about to leave for the UK within the 30 days - can she take one of the SIMs for her phone on her travels or is it now tied to my phone?

Yes, you may give a PAYG SIM to anyone. No particular person owns it. Hence why they are sometimes called "No Name phone nos." 😉
