I bought the 4gb pack but it gave 20gb of data and shows as 20gb spent of 4gb, why is this?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

There was no added cost, just the £10 for 4gb and randomly gave me 20gb of data.

Is it a new SIM? If not, did you have some data to rollover?

It’s an old sim, just the £10 5gb and there was no data rollover.
