Automatic Card Payment Not Working

I have an EE pay monthly sim. Seems like my automatic payment did not come off this month. Also myEE isn't processing a manual card payment? Phone is not connecting mobile calls, saying "You have insufficient credit,"? Is this an ongoing issue? Haven't been able to use my phone all day.

You don't have a Pay Monthly SIM; you have a PAYG SIM whereby you pay every 30 days by direct card payment.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

So yes I have no credit, the automatic renewal seems not to be going through. I did receive a text on Friday to say it would be going through but it has not. I tried to just purchase a pack to start it up again but that just took me to an Error Page.
