Are you able to REFUND PACKS?

Hello, so recently I got a "warning" message saying that EE is going to charge my card with a pack again for another month, I replied STOP PACK and it asked me to reply with "YES" to proceed, but I didn't do that because I thought it meant that it will continue the pack by replying "YES".

But anyway,  the next day, I replied with YES and nothing happened, the pack was still going to charge me again for another month and I had to manually stop my pack on the website.

Is it possible if I could get a refund of £4.50? (I got a discount off from £5.00)

AS you stopped the pack it cannot possibly repurchase & renew it.
