I am getting a blank white space underneath the ‘Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment.’ when I try to top up. It’s been like it for days can anyone help, thanks.

Hi @VBT1993,
Have you tried clearing cache/cookies? That space should show the 3D Secure frame which verifies your payment with your bank.
If so, try another browser or on another device.
There are other ways to top up if you need to.

Are you trying to top up a pay as you go SIM, or pay a pay monthly phone bill?
