Morning @Pineapple800

Thanks for coming to the community.

When was the last time you purchased a data add-on?

What is the error message that shows?

Hi @Pineapple800

Thanks for coming back to me 🙂

I have sent you a private message on the community for some details.

To get the add-on activated in the meantime, please call us on 150 and the team will get this set up for you.

Leanne.

Hi, would I be able to come to the nearest store. To get it sorted. This has also got me thinking about doing a pay a month contract, would they be able to transfer my credit what I have on my pay as I go, keep my sim and phone number thanks

Hi @Pineapple800

The store will certainly help you with this and if you did wish to move to a pay monthly contract any credit would be moved over for you.

Leanne 🙂

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Hi I tried that option and didn't work for me, tried messaging 150 saying "ALL PACKS" got no response. I even tried everything I know and couldn't call 150 because i have no credit apparently even though I put a tenner on my EE Credit. And I tried to call my number on my friends phone and no calls or messages gone through, then took the sim out and tried my other phone and still no calls or texts coming through.

Please help me out.

@Baileywordley : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I tried most of the solutions that were suggested on here. But I might head to the ee store to see if they can do anything to help me make my purchase for the add ons since I have trouble trying to make purchases on the Web and through text.
