Hi, I have an issue with my SIM card. I bought a £10 package (unlimited texts and calls, 8+12GB) and created an EE account via the link in the SMS, as well as added my phone number. However, when I tried to activate the SIM card, it didn't work. On my account, I saw £0 instead of 10£. Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to fix this?

I topped up my account with 5 pounds because I thought it might be the reason I couldn't make calls or send texts. An error keeps appearing during the SIM card activation. Interestingly, the internet is working just fine.

You do have a pack & therefore should be able to make calls & texts and use data.
What do you mean by " SIM card activation"? What exactly are you doing to achieve that? The SIM should be activated as soon as you use it in any way.
