Activate sim - no button or place to do this on website

I cannot see where you activate a sim on this website.  Can someone please help?

PAYG SIMs don't need activating in the UK. Just use it.

As @XRaySpeX has advised a new pay as you go SIM will not need registering. 

Is this a replacement SIM card?
