£5 subscription pack 12.2GB data / 250 mins / 500 texts...

Hi,

I have just changed over to a £5 subscription pack because the deal said 12.2GB data / 250 mins / 500 texts. Now I have signed up and due to go over to that deal on October 7th it says 250MB data / 250 min / 500 texts. If some some reason I'm getting 250MB and not 12.2GB as it originally said I will need to switch back to my previous PAYG deal, can someone please help with this? I have attached two screenshots of the available deal and what it showed after signing up to it.

Thanks

Good morning @rrwtwrt765

Welcome to the Community!

When you're seeing the data amount quoted here, could this be factoring in your existing free boosts and data rollover?

The £5 plan definitely includes 250MB of data as standard, and the £10 plan 8GB, so the fact these are showing 20GB and 12.2GB respectively suggest the extra 12GB is something specific on your account.

We don't have access to accounts via these forums though, so to check for sure I'd recommend giving our team a call so we can double check and give a full breakdown.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your reply.

I've taken a couple of screenshots of my current plan, doesn't seem to add up but based on what you have just said and all the plans have a weird amount of data you are probably right. I maybe should have worked that out but it doesn't make that clear anywhere unfortunately.

I think I will have to give EE a call as you suggested. I've been charged already for next month, and I can't seem to cancel or change plan again online.

Appreciate your help

Notice there is a Flex Plan listed amongst the Subs Packs. Surprising!
