Can I pass my phone and billing to another member of my family and keep the number?

  1. You can pass your phone to somebody else & they can stick their own SIM (& no.) in it. You'll retain your no. on your existing SIM.
  2. As for paying bills, You can change the bank details to theirs in your EE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

@Stan1955  In doing a change of bank account you’ll still be liable for that contract as is still going to be in your name,  it’s not a change of ownership.  A change of ownership means someone else is going take responsibility for that contract and that also means the number associated with that contract.   To request a charge of ownership you need to call customer support with this other person present as they will need to approve that request and also pass a credit check. 

You can not move your number away from that contract in requesting this it’ll mean termination of that contract and will result in a request to pay off that contract.
