Hello @Melaniadias ,
Welcome to the community,
You will have to speak to customer service about this, as it depends whether you are still within the minimum term, you may have to pay off the rest of your contract before you can cancel.

When I spoke to one of you last month, they said that my watch was already full. I had to call and cancel. As you're telling me, it's still within the date and if I cancel, I'll have to pay. Why is my bill this month 191.94? Can I know? I wasn't just going to pay for the cell phone and the card? My cell phone will run out on the 20th of this month! I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH I WILL PAY EVERY MONTH AFTER ALL THIS. I DON'T WANT TO PAY ANYMORE FOR MY BILLS BECAUSE IT'S TOO MUCH, OTHERWISE I'LL CANCEL EVERYTHING AND CHANGE CARRIER!
my number call me tomorrow *************
