Please help been trying for weeks to sort our the free gamepass ultimate had multiple phone call and nothing every time I try to set it up I get as far as putting in the code and then I get the bellow message

I am ment to get xbox gamepass for free with my contract I have phone been sent link after link to set it up and everytime I try I get no we're
