Samething here, i live in belgium and contacted nreal. The said the only solution is UK for me. Thats no problem for me but second problem is that you heve to order in shop and then wait 3 days. This is crazy not for the year 2022. And there is no other option. I asked to pay by account and then pick it up 3 days later then i visit london for one day but not possible. Made complant with nreal and the woulc contact EE for this. This is holding sells. Unbelievable
