Won’t let me upgrade even though contract ended in dec 2024- just says we won’t let you upgrade or get another phone yet! All bills paid so why? I’m out of contract!!

@CHICKEN11  What does texting UPGRADE to 150 report back. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
