Sim upgrade

Yesterday I was on phone with 3 different people.

first told me that my two son phone would been upgraded straight away to unlimited data.

which I upgraded both phone for 21 pound 

which never happened 

i they was told by a member off Your tech team they would take up to 24 jousts 

but she would apply unlimited date for me as I goodwill.

which never happened by then it was 8 o’clock and all phone was close 

my sons are still without date and the process as still nit been upgraded too unlimited date mi am nit a happy customer yet again I been giving wrong information from 3 members off ee team 

I would been grateful if a members off your team please resolve my problem as soon and upgraded my son phone please with unlimited date like I was told and when I go on my ee app it say that too

we can’t been hotspot from my mobile to 2 another mobile 

I would appreciate if you resolve my problem soon as as I don’t appreciate being told different things on phone and it not happening

Just to check does the EE app show unlimited data for both numbers? 

Are they unable to access data on the phones?
