How do I cancel scam alert on my phone, as it isn't really working

Hi @Gell1 

Welcome to the Community.

To cancel Scam Guard, log in to your account, go to the mobile add-ons page, select Scam Guard from your list of current active add-ons and click remove. We’ll then remove this on your next billing cycle. 
It can also be cancelled at any time by calling us on 150 or by texting STOP SCAMGUARD to 150.
