SIM Unlock Network PIN

I need a network unlock PIN as EE seemingly have locked my phone, I'd already attempted to port it over so now I'm stuck with no network coverage so all the support options of "Call Us Here:" do absolutely sod all.

Can someone PLEASE for the love of everything that should be simple as mud, give me a ruddy Network unlock PIN for EE so I can finally leave this network and use my phone that I bought separately from the network with my own money that I now have to beg to be unlocked from!

Do you want to:

  • Unlock your phone & use it on other networks (PAC)? OR
  • Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?

@freddyGJ : It's nowt to do with the SIM; it's the phone itself.

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.

Good morning @amirtharajah

Welcome to the EE Community.

All handsets we sell are now unlocked by default, but if you've got an older phone then we can sort this for you free of charge 😊

Please pop over to our unlocking pages and pop in your IMEI number, and this should give you all the details you need.

Peter

Hi Peter,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ which I got in September 2019, would you happen to know if it would be already unlock? I have tried to follow your instructions above, obtained my IMEI and try on the page that you link, but it is not working.

Any guidance would be very much appreciated!

Thank you!
