System is down so unable to utilise the services that allow us to switch on devices as EE state is a benefit its service. So paying for a service we can not utilise - not happy at all and wont accept just apologies any more. If you can not provide a service then EE review things and offer what you can actually provide consistently. When package is up there will be no renewal

@Ramselle25 You don’t seem aware that there has been an ongoing issue,
EE don’t take accounts offline for maintenance before 11pm. There’s been a big problem that resulted in accounts being taken offline, this will affect the app as the app is a link to your account.
