Pin to open Galaxy Watch

I have had a galaxy 4 watch on contract for a year. For the last 8 months I have not been able to use it because the pin it asks for I can not remember.

I have tried EE they are not interested

Is there any way to get into the watch or any way to renew the pin?

I think you will need to reset it.
