Phone on mute . I cannot get it to go off mute. I can hear caller but no one can

My phone is on mute I cannot get it to go off mute I cannot make calls or talk on WhatsApp

I cannot remove the mute button  I have tried everything.  I can hear callee but no one can hear me. What can ivdobto get it off mute.  Even my laptop is on mute

Try using the volume up when on a call.

Hello Chris it is not the volume the mute button will not unmute I have no way to try it back to sound.  Is there an EE engineer here . My lap also on mute.  I have a Sansung phone

The phone is a Samsung the mute button is on and won't unmute

Have you tried turning your phone off and back on? 

If that didn't work you can try "resetting all settings" the in the phone settings menu.
