Hi could u plz tell me y I have had letter saying my phone bill is overdue when on the 2of June I payed 71 pound

If you last paid on 2nd June it is overdue as you would be due to pay again on 2nd July.

@MUMtojosh66  You don’t pay in arrears you pay pro rata.    Your 2nd of June bill was for the month of June it’s now July so you should have paid that on the 2nd of July for July.

I have 2 phones on my account one which is a sim only which i pay monthly along with my actual phone monthly and now me and my partner have split what do i do about her sim only on my account

Hi @andyjb9281 

Welcome to the community.

If your ex-partner is willing to take over the line, you can speak to our Mobile Care team to initiate a change of ownership, to move it from your account onto one in their name. Both parties would have to agree and it's subject to a credit check on the person taking over the line.
