DUE 6TH MAY!!
Phone bill not due for another 7 days. But EE has restricted my phone.
SO I CANT MAKE CALLS OR TEXTS! NEED MY PHONE ALL THE TIME AS IM CLASSED DISABLED. WITH HEART CONDITION!

I know important it will be to have your phone working.
Have you received any texts to say that the phone would be restricted?
If it was related to the bill balance, you'd not be restricted until after the bill became overdue. If it was restricted for another reason, you'd usually receive a text.
Do you have access to another phone to be able to call our billing guides? They can access your account to see what is happening with your service.

If the extension was discussed and you have still been restricted, it will need a call to our Payment Support team @Starestyra.
They'll need to access your account to see why the restriction has gone on if it was due to be kept active.
Can you try to dial 360 from your phone to see if that puts you through? If not, are you able to call from another phone or by dialling +448000798586 on Skype.

If you don't have another phone to use, you can see if you can try to call 360 from your mobile. @Starestyra
If that doesn't let you connect either, you can call through Skype on the number above for free.

Once you have Skype, you just need to dial +448000798586, and that will get you connected to our customer service line. @Starestyra
