Paired Watch Plan

Hi, just need clarity, have just upgraded my Samsung Galaxy Watch4 to a paired Watch Samsung Galaxy 6 plan. Does a watch come with the plan or is it just an upgrade on my existing watch?

@Goochie1961 the watch will come with a new plan as it’s an upgrade.  Just like a phone would
