I ordered a pair of sony headphones through add and accessory to your contract. I paid the upfront cost, received a confirmation mail with a tracking number, but when i go to check the tracking info, im met with ‘incorrect tracking details’. I requested for in store collection at my local ee store. Im still awaiting any follow up texts or mails from EE. If anyone can help me know when i should be expecting a message of collection? Thanks
