My mobile is not working

My Motorola edge 30 Neo is not working, I have tried to turn it off but it is stuck on the Motorola power up screen. How can I get it to come back on without sending it back to EE to be technically fixed.

Can you try the steps in the Motorola Support - Reset the Motorola edge 30 neo, Help page, does this work for you?
