Hi there got the Samsung A13 64GB in Black about 3 days ago didn't offer me insurance when taking out over the telephone the phone was delivered to my home address but I was away when the phone got delivered and only come back into the country yesterday to find that the phone have not been the SIM card was there the phone has been taken made blacklisted the phone they give me a complaints number offered me £30 to put on my thing but he said that would never had an issue like this is going to ring me back the next day book me appointment for 5:30 and never ring me back is there any way that I can get a new device because I've never had the device in my hand
