Hi @matt325,
im not sure as on the product page it’s listed as having Ryzen 7 and although that’s been confirmed by @Katie_B, the model number she provided is for the version with Ryzen 5.
I’ve ordered this bundle (The Laptop Bundle at £55) which should include Ryzen 7… once it is delivered to me I’ll update this page with the specs for the one I receive - just to make it clear for everyone exactly what this specific bundle comes with.
Thanks!

yea page not very good, well i ordered the one without the bundle thinking it had 16GB ram but not sure it does now, maybe that has Ryzen 7 as its more expensive per month

From what I’ve been told so far with the countless calls I’ve made to EE and then what I’ve pieced together from the conversations on the chats on the forum - they all have Ryzen 5 as standard, the only one that has Ryzen 7 is the £55 per month (laptop bundle) which is why it’s more expensive per month overall (also it used to be £60 per month but has recently reduced to £55).
then from reading online and searching through Google, the ones with Ryzen 7 have 16gb Ram, 512gb Hard drive and also atleast a 300/350 nits brightness display.
only caveat to that of course is the fact that even after confirming that the specific laptop bundle has Ryzen 7, the model number they provided me with in this channel is a model number which only has Ryzen 5 which is why there is an element of ambiguity.
for us both it’s just a case of wait and see what gets delivered I guess!

what a nightmare 🙄, well if it has Ryzen 7 and 16GB with that bundle its a good deal. lets see what happens

Mystery solved!
my laptop came early this morning and surprise surprise… it’s Ryzen 5, 512GB SSD and 8gb Ram. This is on the Laptop bundle at £55.
FYI @Katie_B & @Leanne_T - happy to keep it but definitely not paying £55, £42 is more reasonable and I’m hoping I don’t have to send it back and get sent another one… also now we know this can you update your product pages please and remove the incorrect Ryzen 7 listing.
