@Theodore-32  Are you on contract or pay as you go ?   If you’re on PAYG you just purchase a new device.    If your on contract are you within your upgrade period?  This upgrade period is 45 days before your minimum term and you just select upgrade when logged in to your online account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
