Want set up for roaming currently in Spain and can't use phone

@Naeluckneets , are you on pay as you go or monthly contract?

If on monthly contract, you will have to ring customer service to get this activated.

You will have to use another phone or an app such as Skype to make a call to customer service.

If on pay as you go, did you use the SIM card in the UK first before going abroad?
