Hi I've bought a HMD PULSE I've enter a sign in pattern on the phone and now I've forgotten the pattern and can't get into the phone at all, is there anyone that can help me with this problem please ........... 🙂

@Crazychick1565 No else knows your unlock pattern for your device. There’s no bypass code because that would be any personal unlock code/pattern would be unless.

Please read THIS on how to factory reset your device. You’ll wipe all information from it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
