Galaxy Watch 4

Hello there, 

My Galaxy watch has a different contact number to my phone. EE and others have apparently messaged me on my watch phone number but I don't get these messages. How do I see messages that have been sent to my watch number?

I hope this makes sense 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The mobile no. of your watch is purely for accounting purposes. You don't get peeps texting that no.

I was on live chat with EE and they sent a pin number to my watch number to confirm security. They also gave it as the contact number for my delivery updates even though I requested they use my mobile number. 

I'm very confused. 

They shouldn't & they should know that!

If the watch is connected to your phone using the same number, the watch number should only be used for billing. Texts can be sent to your connected mobile number to be received on the watch.

To update the details for the delivery please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.
