Morning I received a text message from yourself at 0330 19/11/22 this woke me and my wife up which resulted in two things.
1. Me and my wife’s sleep was disturbed.
2. I couldn’t get back to sleep which now has resulted in me being late for work as I have slept in

Hi @John5139,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
I'm sorry to hear you received this text at an inappropriate time of day. It could be that the message was delayed because your phone was switched off or out of signal range.

Most phones these days have some ability to set an overnight or "do not disturb" profile where you can silence certain notifications during times they would be inconvenient.
There are profile apps that will do this, if your phone doesn't allow this.
