So i have been to the store twice, i have been told i needed an ID, so i come back the next day and im told that i can only do a specific deal online, thankfully i had a really nice gent on call when i was stuck, to then be told i could have done the deal in store, so im lost because i just want to geta deal done, i just want a phone ? And im not being provided the servuce im trying to be paid for.
Im being told different thing constantly and i do it all just to be draged onto another problem. @
