How do you make the website work with device unlocking? My device is locked and I have tried about 10 times to get it to unlock via the Web page and it says to note down the code. Once received, it tells me to click on the link but just puts me back to the start and no where does it say what to do with the code?
Is this an error on EE's side of things or am I missing something obvious? As far as I can tell, it's still locked.

Yup WolfmanSam was correct the EE website simply goes round and round and gives no indication of telling the user to go to their phone to complete the rest of the unlock procedure (when a SIM card from another network is inserted into it). also the code is actually 2 separate codes with 8 digits each.
