EE has been a great network especially with a good staff called ‘Safa’ at Feltham store.unfortunately, I was disappointed with the services I got regarding my direct debit. EE added to my direct debit charge without my notice. This is heartbreaking and unprofessional.

EE should do better.

They send you a bill with notice which will tell you what the extra charge is for, if not correct you can get a refund from bank via the DD guarantee as well.

Extra charges you have incurred will be itemised on your bill. EE charges increase with they annual price change. 

Ultimately you need to speak to EE CS on 150.
