Hi all,
I have been at EE for the last 15 years, now I find I have the BT problem, OVER BILLING for poor service, I get text messages every other day saying that they are working in my area,
Every call is 40+ minutes of my day, if you think you are the only person with a terrible service you are not alone, I'm currently on the line to cancel my subscription, subscription is the only way of discribing what I pay, it's certainly not a service charge,

Welcome to the EE Community, and I'm disappointed you feel like you're struggling to get the most from your service at the moment.
Could you please let me know a bit more about what sort of issues you're noticing here?
Is it a mobile phone, or your home landline?
