Hi there,
we bought my nan an artfone with EE, however as of recently she can no longer receive or make phone calls, they just go straight to voicemail. We’ve tried everything in the call settings but nothing seems to have worked as of yet.

We’re Switching Off Our 3G Network, so this could be the reason why you're having problems with this device. If you give our mobile care team, they'll be able to check if this is the case and give you some options going forward. Alternatively, if it's easier, you could pop into your nearest EE Store.

Any 3G phone also supported 2G, thus the 3G switchoff should not leave anyone without service.
Does your Nan's phone show coverage indicators? A mobile network signal is required to make & receive calls.
When exactly is "recently" that she's had this problem?
