I've had the Alexa calling set up for a few years now but it seems to suddenly not be working. I rely on telling me there's an incoming call a lot so it suddenly not telling me has meant I've been missing calls quite a bit. I also attempted an outgoing call but it tells me it is making the call and goes green but then stops.
It still manages to ring my phone if I ask it to.. I'm not really sure what's wrong and haven't been able to find anything out about an outage.
I tried to unlink and relink my account but it is still not working.

Glad to hear that, however are your echo devices still not receiving calls though?

Yes, that's correct. Doorbell notifications are now working, EE calls with Alexa are still not working.

We don't need you to access our individual accounts - this is clearly a wide-spread issue as opposed to a problem with each of our accounts. Please can EE work with Amazon to resolve?

Completely agree..its not individuals accounts...its a wide spread issue....so annoying

Hi @wilhelminajmd and @Inceg,
In order for our support teams to investigate, our Technical Support Team will need to access your accounts and raise a support ticket.

It's not working for anyone. Many people have now reported this to EE, but you're saying we each have to go through the pain of talking to Technical Support as opposed to EE talking to Amazon to resolve this widespread issue? 🤦🏻

EE please sort this. I have poor 4G coverage no 5G and rely on this feature as a disabled person.
